- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price each job individually, however, I do charge a base-line how many areas are staged. My goal is to make staging affordable, many homeowners opt out because of price. This is why I specialize in staging homes 1500 sq ft and under. Many of these homes have a lot of character and charm a simple but elegant stage can become a buyers delite!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with getting an understanding of what the client needs such as the time frame for selling, is the home currently on the market, how many square feet, rooms, single or two story. However, the first thing to alway consider is the clients budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the real estate business for over 20 years, first as a home owner, as well as a license Realtor, investor, and property manager. I've also earned my certification with Stagedhome.com, an internationally accredited organization for Stagers.
