Culinary Trained English Teacher

Introduction: I am an education professional (college faculty, English department) with 10 years of experience in teaching, training, tutoring, facilitation and program coordination who is now furthering my interest in baking and event planning. In addition to working with learners of all ages, I am also trained in baking and pastry arts, catering prep and service, bartending, event planning, small business sales and marketing, and purchasing and cost controls.
