We just hired these guys for our wedding. They let us do a taste test of everything and it was delicious! Amy was very accommodating and worked around us which was great! We can wait for our big day! Thanks guys!

Our family has had three events (50th anniversary, 90th birthday and 13th birthday parties) that Amy has catered. I can't say enough about what a delight she was to work with...very flexible on developing the menu, always very punctual for meetings and set up of the buffet, fabulous food...and best attitude in the world!! She absolutely went above and beyond each time...best experience ever. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any special occasion!!

    We are priced per person. The client is in control of what they want. The meal is priced per person and the stations are add- ons.

    We were restaurant Chefs. We have chosen the freedom of a food truck for the freshness of our product and the freedom to change our menu often with no rules. This business is very hard work. It's seven days a week. It's extremely hot in summer months and very cold in winter months. It's fast food but made to order. It's constant planning and putting out fires. It's our life, it's our passion, we love what we do and it shows though our food and our service.
