We are priced per person. The client is in control of what they want. The meal is priced per person and the stations are add- ons.

We were restaurant Chefs. We have chosen the freedom of a food truck for the freshness of our product and the freedom to change our menu often with no rules. This business is very hard work. It's seven days a week. It's extremely hot in summer months and very cold in winter months. It's fast food but made to order. It's constant planning and putting out fires. It's our life, it's our passion, we love what we do and it shows though our food and our service.
