From the first immediate response to our inquiry to the final day of service they were friendly, trustworthy and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about what we needed. Our HOA had specific requirements and needed a plan submitted for approval for the landscaping of our front yard. I was clueless. But Jose came up with a plan and even provided sample materials for me. Wow ! The HOA approved the plan and one week later we are done and it's EXACTLY what I wanted. I just got an estimate from MH for the backyard and we will be using them for that. I have had POOR experiences with other landscaping services but MH is extraordinary. Hope I can add a photo later. I kind of feel sorry for him, he had to deal with a complete newbie coming off of a traumatic disaster who wasn't really sure what she wanted nor if she could afford it. Yikes! Honestly, he was SO patient and kind. And really, really explained everything so clearly that when I had to make a decision, I was confident it was the right move. Also, he always had clever solutions to design changes or other engineering and understand innately how altering one element would effect other areas of a project. He takes the smallest changes and shows you the big picture. It felt really good to be in the hands of a true professional.
