I have tried several ways to "get in shape" and RSF is the best and only way that I have stuck with! I started in Aug 2012 and I am there 4 days a week! Karrin Blevins and the other trainers are amazing, motivating and passinate! I am constantly suggesting others come check RSF out!

Our pricing is fairly simple, Either unlimited monthly group sessions or one on one personal training session packages.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Passion. For many years my love and passion has been with health, fitness, but more in helping others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal one on one INTENSE Fitness training to help you reach your goals! We also offer small group Fitness to keep your sweating and pushing hard!
