I am a certified service dog trainer. Primary focusing on Service dogs for children with autism, and capable of catering to individual needs and disabilities.
I love working with all behavior modification, but I specializing in fearful behavior. Helping pet parents identify behaviors your dog is trying to communicate with you, while gaining trust and leadership. (Knowing the difference between a fear biter and a dominance/ territorial biter is vitally important, and will cause greater issues if handled incorrectly)
I am also a professional dog and cat groomer. I started grooming in Nashville TN, having the privilege of working in affluent areas.
Keeping your pet calm and safe is my priority while making them look stunning and clean. My understanding of behavior is helpful in keeping the most relaxed experience possible.

Rachelle has been great with my dog, Charlie. We have only had two private lessons, but we have made so much progress. She really makes sure to make sure to thoroughly explain everything we are going over and the reasoning behind it. I was having a lot of trouble with Charlie being excessively mouthy and she was able to help us stop that behavior after the first lesson. We can't wait to continue our lessons with her!

I had a very good first meeting wnd I really liked her. She assessed my dog and explained things to me so I could understand it. I really liked her and would highly recomend her. She was very helpful in many ways.

Rachelle is an exceptional individual. She is extremely knowledgable in her field, helpful with her clients and has an overwhelming amount of love and compassion for the animals she works with. Every encounter I have had with Rachelle has been enjoyable and I look forward to the next time I get to see her at work!

I first met rachelle when I went to get my dog groomed after someone had stolen her off of my porch. she saw how shake and amped up my poor dog was. I had asked her if she knew any trainers for obedience training she told me she did and wouldn't mind coming to my house. we set up a time and she came over. it's been a few months since that first official session and what a tremendous difference in my dog. not only has rachelle given me the tools to help me week to week with sassy but she has the most ccompassion and open heart I have met with a trainer. I have went through some trainers in my years of owning dogs. if it wasn't for her I would be certain sassy would of hurt our other house dog.
if I ever have a question she gets back to me with a answer or a solution til the next time I see her.
if you have any hesitation if deciding to go with her DONT she was absolutely the best choice I could make. not only do I have a fur baby who is well mannered but the sweetest trainer who is welcomed in my home any time.

I contacted Rachelle to help me with a rescue dog that we adopted. He was not trained and as he was 3 years old when we rescued him we didn't have high hopes for breaking his well established bad habits and aggression towards other dogs.
After 5 or 6 sessions with Rachelle, our dog Kobe, was well on his way to becoming a well mannered member of the family. He had been housebroken, was not having separation anxiety issues, and was a lot less aggressive towards other dogs. He has made real progress in a short period of time.
Rachelle was easy to reach (it is the 21st century and communication is easy), reasonably priced, professional, and you know from the first time you meet her that she cares about your dog and only wants the absolute best for them.
I am so happy I found her and took the chance and called her. She has positively impacted my life and the life of Kobe.
