Matt Johnson of 3 Point was property mgr for our rental in Oak Park. The situation became very difficult when tenants stopped paying in full - Matt was amazing in working with them on money management to stay on top of things and at the same time keeping in regular contact with me. I really appreciated that he would return my texts/calls within minutes, and that he had the patience and made the effort to work with the tenants in a firm but also compassionate way.

I have been working with Matt for about 5 years and he manages our rental properties. He is very responsive and always stays on top of issues. He is very communicative and proactive with any issues that arise and will often propose several solutions with different cost, time, and quality options. During the repairs, he also does a follow up and keeps me in the loop. Overall, I am very happy with Matt and very thankful for his help.

two small repairs, handled quickly and fairly. Also, issues with tenants paying on time handled very diplomatically. Matt has always responded right away and stayed on top of any problems
