I cannot say enough good things about Miguel. We had a really bad experience with a previous roofing company who started working on our roof but left it open for few days without doing any work and because of rains it started leaking. We had to fire that roofer and was looking for a reliable roofing company and MAG roofing was a god send. Miguel and his father came the next day itself and inspected the roof and told us that the previous roofer did a terrible job. He understood our situation and said that they could finish the work as soon as possible before the next rain. To keep their words, they finished the roof in just 2 days. I have to say they did really hard work to finish it quicker. They came all the way from Sacramento to San Jose for 2 days on time unlink the previous roofer who never showed up. We really liked the professionalism shown by MAG roofing. Miguel and his father are very passionate in what they do and I could say that from the work they did. Overall, I would recommend MAG roofing to anyone who is in need of roofing work.

Miguel was very thorough, communicative and made sure our job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. He repaired our roof, did dry rot repair/wood replacement, and also replaced our gutters. Definitely recommend and will hire again!

Miguel and his crew were great. I had no idea how extensive my roof issue was but he gave me options to choose from and his work and customer service are one of the best i have dealt with. He sent me videos and pictures along the way. I recommend him above all others. He was great!

MAG Roofing was able to come out on short notice on a Saturday and help diagnose a serious leak with my roof and prevent further damage. They promptly prepared a professional bid for a replacementroof. Ultimately I went with another bid but I really appreciated the work MAG did to help address an urgent issue.

Miguel and his crew were very nice, professional, responsive and efficient! They are a family business and always stress that they want the quality of their work to be the same as if they’re working on their own homes or their family members. They frequently sent pics as the job progressed so we knew exactly what they were doing on the roof. They replaced the actual roof, vents, coverings, etc (don’t know the correct terminology), but our roof looks great, clean and we are secure in knowing that there will be no more leaks in this upcoming rainy season. Happy with the job a d highly recommend MAG!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually will have a phone call and get to know the circumstances of why you need our service. We will set up an estimate appointment to come out and evaluate the damage in person and go over the project with the customer. After we have answered all of the customers questions we will send out a proposal with our recommendations.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a second generation roofer. Roofing is in our blood. We are proud to help many homeowners and businesses with their roofing needs.
