Chris was awesome! He was fast and very detailed in cleaning up all the glass. Very polite and professional. I would recommend anyone needing a window fixed to please use his services.
Excellent job. My husband, a contractor, was quite satisfied with the job done by Chris. We had 8 windows replaced and he fixed a sliding glass door. The pricing was very fair and the windows look wonderful. We highly recommend Chris and Excel Glass.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very reasonable
I try to keep a $120 minimum
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st day we set a time to measure
I always give an approx. day/time to expect install so the customer has an opportunity to adjust their schedule as needed.
Day 2-3 I call the customer to let them know their product is ready & to set an exact day/time for install.
Day 4 I always call the customer 30mins-1hr before I head their way to confirm we are all still on schedule.
When job is complete I collect payment & email the customer an invoice.
Then it's off to the next one.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best kind.
I was taught this trade at a very young age.
Growing up in a family business isn't always easy but I am grateful to my grandparents hard work. They taught me not only the trade part of the business but the front office as well which gave me the confidence to venture out on my own.
