Chris was great to work with. He was responsive and on top of things. It turned out the job was more complicated than he thought (old wooden window that split apart when he tried to remove a cracked pane). But he took it to Valley Wood window and got it repaired, and then came back and reinstalled it. Great customer service.

Excel glass was very knowledgeable about their craft. They arrived 5 minutes early for their quote appointment. They saw the problem immediately and stated they had to order the parts for two windows balance guides. The replacement was fixed on the third day. My windows are way better opening and closing them without resistance. They were efficient, had shoe coverings and good upbeat energy and their price for the repair did not hurt my pockets financially. It was a honest quote that was below others I had received. This company will be my go to for my family, friends and myself going forward.

Chris arrived on time, he assessed the job and was able to complete half and even repair the track of the door to make it slide easier. He couldn't finish the whole project only because of the obscure parts, however he secured the window, and has promised to do further research to find a solution.
