Introduction: Hello, my name is Chuck Fisher and I’ve been a licensed residential appraiser for 15 years in San Diego. I enjoy meeting with people and finding out what their needs are and then putting together my appraisal report within 4 to 5 days and then email it back to you in the form of a PDF document. I can also do a hardcopy for you and mail that to you let me know and we will work it out. My rates are very good and I would love to meet with at your convenience.
