About
Hello, my name is Chuck Fisher and I’ve been a licensed residential appraiser for 15 years in San Diego. I enjoy meeting with people and finding out what their needs are and putting together my appraisal report within 4 to 5 days and then emailing it back to you in the form of a PDF document. I can also do a hardcopy for you and mail that to you, let me know and we will work it out. My rates are very good and I would love to meet with you at your convenience. I do offer discounts to the military and seniors. Chuck Fisher

Chuck was hired to do a difficult appraisal of a co-op manufactured home park. It took him a little more time then originally intended ((just a day or two) but the wait was worth it! Would recommend.

He was on time and very professional. Looks like he knew what he was doing and the report showed it. I would hire him again.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pl please note that I do not do commercial work in real estate only residential up to four units. That is my expertise. Thank you very much, Chuck.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Really just finding out what they really need the appraisal for what the purposes and how soon they need it and then setting up a time for the inspection, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree in education, but I think my interest in real estate is what is important for an appraiser to have. I have owned a couple of duplexes and so I knew the value of real estate and how it appreciates overtime.
