- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-We begin with a Health History Consultation together which narrows in on exactly what the client would like to accomplish and discover the areas that may be holding them back. -Complete The Circle of Life Activity providing clarity around areas of life and health that are balanced and imbalanced. -Create specific action steps that are achievable and exciting for the client. -Hold the client accountable to these action steps throughout entire process. *Sessions take place every other week (twice per month).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I also have B.A. in Communication and a B.S. in Environmental Health and Safety.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before I became Certified as a Health Coach I was consulting the people around me on how to improve their health. My friends and family have always known that health and counseling are my passions, so they would naturally come to me for advice. I decided it was time to take what I love and make it into my career!
