Robin did an outstanding job. She helped me to relocate and organize my walk-in bedroom closet and kitchen from my apartment on the 3rd floor to my new apartment on the 2nd floor of the same building. She was very efficient, followed instructions, and had great instincts when I was not sure how I wanted something organized. After working with her on these two projects, I hired her back again to organize my bookshelf. I would recommended her to friends without any hesitation. She was also very COVID cautious and wore a mask and offered to travel separately in the elevator.

Robin is amazing! She literally took a closet full of boxes and turned it into an exceptionally organized beautiful closet. Robin was a dream. I just moved house and had heaps of boxes and trash bags containing everything from my old closet. Robin responded to my request for help right away, and arrived a few days later to unpack and set everything up in my new walk-in closet. She was right on time, friendly, sweet, professional and just lovely to work with, which is important with someone who is literally unpacking the skeletons in your closet ;). She was totally COVID-safe, never once removed her mask or gloves, and she got the whole thing done in under 5 hours. As for the quality of work, well the photos are worth a thousand words. I highly recommend Robin and would work with her again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free 15-min Phone Consultation. I learn your goals, your space, and how you actually live day-to-day. From there, a customized plan built for you. Not a cookie-cutter system. One you'll actually maintain and that meets budget needs :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A decade in operations and project management taught me how to build systems that work and last. I've also coordinated dozens of moves personally and professionally, so I understand the stress, the decisions, and the overwhelm firsthand. Founded RobinBird in 2020. Perfect 5.0 ever since.
