- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would ask for a license first. Do Not let any unlicensed contractor perform work on your property. No matter how "cheap" the price they give you. If they get "hurt" while working on your property, they can sue your homeowner's policy! Then ask what kind of equipment and cleaning chemicals that are to be used. Check their references and the BBB. Have them show you pictures of completed jobs, and call the property owner to verify.
