Shane has been managing my property for years and has been so wonderful! Shane was our property manager while we moved away for two years on military orders. Our home in north county San Diego is our forever home and we were apprehensive about renting it during this period. We soon found that we had nothing to worry about with Shane as our property manager. He was methodical in vetting potential tenants, talented at marketing/listing the home, and proactive in addressing any issues that arose for both us as the owners and the tenants. Shanes tremendous communication skills, friendly and professional demeanor, and experience in home repair and problem solving all let to a smooth and seamless experience. Shane represented me as a buyer of my property 2 years ago. I have nothing but great things to say about him. He was thorough, skilled and successful in negotiating a fair price in a competitive bidding war for my home. I was prepared to spend 60k more but he held me back. I would definitely reccomend him to a prospective buyer or seller.
