We had a leak through the roof. I called Rosendo to get an estimate. He was very responsive and evaluated the situation rather quick and gave an estimate and improvement suggestion. He fixed the problem right away and when he open up the roof, he finds out that some plied wood under the tile and sheet need to be fixed. Since he seems professional and honest and start quick , I decided not to shop around and give him the job. He even told me in the next rain if any leaks happen in the same area with only a phone call he will fix it. He assured me the situation is fixed and leak would not happen. I am very happy with him and will use him again again.

I cannot recommend Rosendo and Early Roofing highly enough. From beginning to end, Rosendo was professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and exceptionally easy to work with. He promptly scheduled a site visit, personally went up on the roof to inspect the damaged clay tiles, and then gave me a detailed explanation of exactly what needed to be repaired. His quote was very competitive, but what stood out to me was his confidence in the quality of his work. He essentially told me that I might find someone who charges more or less, but that he would make sure the job was done right. He even took a sample of the existing clay tile with him so he could locate an exact match, including the three different colors used on my roof. I have a multi-million-dollar home, so it was important to me that the repair be performed by someone qualified who would take the time to make everything look right rather than simply patch the damage. Rosendo did not disappoint. He arrived early the very next morning with a crew of three, all of the replacement tiles, and the necessary vent covers already in hand. They got straight to work—no excuses, no delays, just hard work. Because the repair was on my first-floor roof, I could actually watch portions of the work from the second floor, and I was genuinely impressed by how carefully and professionally everything was done. When they finished, the replacement tiles blended in seamlessly with the existing roof. You could not tell that anything had ever been replaced. The initial repair took about five hours. Afterward, I asked Rosendo if he would inspect the remainder of the roof and let me know if he saw anything else that needed attention. He identified a handful of additional issues, took photographs so I could see exactly what he was referring to, and gave me a very reasonable price to address them. We agreed on the additional work, and he completed everything that same day in about two more hours. One vent cover still needed to be replaced, and Rosendo told me he would locate the correct replacement and return within the week. Sure enough, he texted me this morning before arriving, came to the house, went directly onto the roof, installed a perfectly matching replacement, and then texted me when everything was finished. I didn't even need to step outside. What impressed me most was Rosendo's work ethic, attention to detail, cleanliness, professionalism, follow-through, and reliability. I've dealt with a lot of contractors and vendors over the years, and Rosendo is genuinely one of a kind. He does what he says he is going to do, shows up when he says he will, and takes obvious pride in doing the job correctly. I was impressed enough that I've asked him to come back annually to inspect my roof going forward. He's worth every penny, and I would not hesitate to call him for any future roofing work. Highly recommend Rosendo and Early Roofing.
