- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things easy and transparent. Here is how we get started: Quick Chat: We’ll give you a call or text to learn more about your needs. Straightforward Quote: If it’s a simple, clear-cut job, we’ll provide a quote right over the phone. In-Person Visit: For more complex situations or if you prefer a look at the property first, we’ll arrange a time to stop by and assess everything in person. It’s that simple—no pressure, just great service.

Puddle Pools is fully licensed and professionally certified in: CPI (Certified Pool Inspector): We provide detailed, objective inspections to help you understand the true condition of your aquatic systems. CPO (Certified Pool Operator): We have completed the industry-standard training for advanced water chemistry, filtration, and facility safety. Advanced Leak Detection: We are trained in the latest diagnostic techniques to pinpoint and resolve leaks efficiently, protecting your property from water loss and damage. Our commitment to ongoing education means we bring expert-level knowledge to every backyard, ensuring your pool, hot tub, or water feature is safe, compliant, and running at peak performance.
