- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the project. The length of the video, the shooting locations, the number of cameras needed, are some of the things that I factor in when determining pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do with my clients is sit down with them and have them explain to me exactly what they are trying to create with their video. The purpose of the video, the look and feel of the video, the kind of response we are looking to elicit from the viewer are all things I want to make sure I get just right for my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my training at UCSD Extension Digital Arts Center. I learned all the skill sets necessary to produce high quality videos of any kind. I am well versed in writing, directing, editing & producing everything from promotional videos, to documentaries, to short films.
