Introduction: As a full-time yoga instructor, I offer highly individualized, private instruction to students of all ages and abilities. I love working one-on-one with clients to help them feel more at home in their bodies and create a practice that meets their needs. An east-coast native, I moved to Encinitas from Brooklyn, NY a few years ago and have been teaching for over 7 years. Whether I'm teaching chair yoga to a 98-year-old woman, a beginner with chronic pain, or a seasoned yogi looking to grow their practice through one-on-one instruction, I offer a therapeutic approach to healing & strengthening the body through mindful movement. By weaving together breath and body awareness, asana, meditation, and deep rest, I aim to create a safe, nourishing space for students to practice self-love & self-care. Taylor led an incredible private yoga class for my sister’s bachelorette. The class was so wonderful and she has such an upbeat and sunny personality. She led a class that our group of all levels could participate in and was so inclusive of everyone. At the end of class, she used her sound bowls to create a calming and relaxing environment. I could not recommend her more and would hire her again in a heart beat! Thank you so much Taylor!

I have been working with Taylor doing private yoga lessons for about six months now. Taylor is an awesome instructor, is very knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills. She is also very personable and makes her sessions fun. Taylor is great with adjustments, which is really helpful as one is learning new yoga poses. She is always encouraging and positive during the entire session. I appreciate the way that Taylor always fits the lesson to my needs and goals and is very responsive to my questions. I always feel very calm and relaxed after a session. I highly recommend Taylor for both individual and group yoga lessons.
