Fred has come to our office twice to fix our Fisher & Paykel dishdrawer, for two different issues. This is a finicky brand whose error codes don't always coincide with the actual problem, and both times he was patient, working to confirm the correct issues and get us the right parts. Fred is incredibly thorough and reliable. He will always be the one we call.

Our LG dryer did not have heat coming out of it. I called on Thursday and Fred came out on Friday. He was on time, made a proper diagnosis, and came with the part to fix the dryer. He even cleaned the entire dryer of all the lint. Fred is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you in detail when he is fixing your dryer. He was in and out in 40 mins. I highly recommend Lex Appliance to service or fix your appliances.

Very quick and friendly service. I had an issue with my dishwasher and Fred came over to assess, ordered the piece, and came to replace when it was delivered. He was very communicative the whole time and let me know exactly what was wrong and what he needed to do. I would highly recommend!
