Yuri was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to understand my goals and help me select the right spring replacement that matched my usage patterns. He ordered the part, installed it right away and was always professional. Competitive pricing as well. Highly recommend him and his company for any garage door issues you might have. He’s now my go-to guy when I can’t fix it myself!

Had an unexpected garage door issue. After putting in Thumbtack request, the (AI) called almost with 20 seconds...even though it was Labor Day holiday. Yuri (tech) came out within 2 hours as scheduled. Diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair price...and started work. He was efficient, and while I watched , he told me what he was doing. I will use Ural Garage door again.

Ural Garage door service, sent me their technician Vladimir to install a new spring on my garage door and the whole experience was excellent. He arrived on time, got to work right away, and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He was fast, productive, and clearly knows what he’s doing.
The pricing was fair and straightforward — he didn’t try to upsell me or overcharge. Professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to anyone who needs garage door work.

I highly recommend Ural Garage Door Service. They were able to schedule my service for the same day, which I really appreciated. Vladimir, our technician, arrived right on time and provided a thorough assessment of our garage door system. The door had been in poor condition and had been inoperable for more than 10 years. Vladimir replaced all of the rollers, the spring roller, panel hinges, and installed a new garage door opener. He spent about six hours completing the work and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of Vladimir’s work, his professionalism, and his attention to detail. Our garage door is finally working again after more than a decade!

I would definitely recommend Ural Garage Door Service to anyone needing garage door repair or installation.

Ural is a very good company and Yuri is its fine representative. I am very happy with completed job. It was done professionally, reasonably fast at affordable cost. I would highly recommend Yuri for any garage door problems. Besides being experienced and competent, he is positive and easy to deal with, without any BS. I already recommended Yuri to one of my friends, as professionals like him are rear and should be appreciated.
