I was having issues with my garage door and thought the opener was the problem. Max showed up on time, did a thorough inspection, and quickly figured out that the old torsion spring system was putting too much strain on the opener and had caused it to fail.
He walked me through three options—good, better, and best—with a wide range of prices and no pressure to choose the most expensive one. They also installed a new keypad and safety sensors.
Everything was explained clearly, the work was professional, and my garage door is working great now. Highly recommend Max and his team!
