ASAP Restoration and Remodeling did a great job removing the mold and repairing the walls and ceiling in my master bathroom. They were very responsive through out the project and since I don't live on the property, they contacted me on each stage/milestone of the project to let me know what to expect during the next stage(s) and to follow up on the completed one(s). Came out on a Sunday morning to evaluate and provide and estimate and started work the next day. Coordinated asbestos testing before dryout to make sure we were in compliance and coordinated access with our tenant so we didn't have to be there throughout. Instead of being a nightmare, they made the entire process simple and professional.
