Adina is just a gorgeous human being, inside and out. She went above and beyond while training me and really took an interest in my development and progress. From the thoughtful text messages to the final workout at my new gym, Adina was more like a supportive friend than a trainer and that was really refreshing. I am relatively athletic, having dabbled in triathlons and half marathons and mud runs and various circuit training, kick boxing, and spin classes, etc. I decided to work with Adina for a little over two months on getting reacquainted with weight training and establishing proper form. It was a great decision because her perky personality and sense of humor really made the whole process less intimidating and the early morning grind became infinitely more tolerable. During our time together I lost inches consistently all over while building significant muscle tone, especially in the areas that most concerned me. And I also feel completely confident setting up the weight machines and going through reps on my own, even surrounded by a bunch of beefy dudes in a gym. I highly recommend Adina for training and general confidence building, whether you want to compete in a bikini fitness competition or just not feel like a total doofus in the gym.

I moved to Sherman Oaks 3 months ago and knew that I needed to try something new for a to improve my health I wanted to try CrossFit, but as a complete newbie was terrified. Adina took the time to teach me how to move before adding on the weight. She made it "fun" and got me hooked. Now, 3 months later, I hate her. I hate her for getting me hooked and painting the illusion of "fun".... it's not "fun," it's hell. But here I am and I keep going back and now I'm convincing my husband to come and try it as well. Thanks for everything Adina! See you this afternoon. ugh.

Adina is encouraging, motivating, yet tough when she needs to be. I've never worked consistently with a trainer and I am thrilled to have found such an amazing person to help me reach my health and weight-loss goals. She is the best!

Adina is everything you look for in a trainer. She is honest, educated and straight forward. You will definitely see result and reach your goals if you are serious about it and follow everything she tells you. Not only is she a great trainer, she is an amazing person. I look forward to every training session with Adina. I work out regularly and every session with her leaves me sore and feeling amazing!
