Introduction: I have healed myself through the multiple modalities in which I am trained (mindfulness, yoga, family constellation - inherited trauma resolution, and biodynamic craniosacral embodiment therapies). I see you as a multi-dimensional being and meet you where you are - addressing systemic, psychological, and/or somatic issues as they arise. I can help you down-regulate your nervous system, disentangle from unconscious family loyalties, and dismantle unhealthy mental-emotional patterns. I can support you to resolve the underlying somatic imprints that fuel anxiety, frustration, and depression. And I can coach you to cultivate the awareness, discipline, self-compassion and the self-regulation needed to move to a new level of health, resilience, and inner-authority. empowering others toward greater mind-body health and enjoyment of life
