Chaz teaches based on the whole person, she does a check in at each session and teaches according to your personal needs. She is also an intuitive person, bringing in a spiritual element to your practice. She is just fabulous 💗

For years I have avoided Yoga. My story was I am too clumsy for it. Chaz has helped me change my narrative. She is a pro who welcomed me to the experience with support and encouragement. She seems to have an intuitive sense of what needs attention and how to best accomplish our goals. She is extremely knowledgeable and has coordinated with other professionals to help support me after an injury.

Chaz is one of the most inspiring, empowering, intuitive, and knowledgeable teachers out there. She has a gift for connecting with individuals AND groups, creating a space that allows for deep reflection and insight as well as playfulness, humor, and levity in the practice. She is the real deal. And she is truly the most impactful of guides for any student at any level - from total beginner, to intermediate, to seasoned yogi. I can't recommend her enough. You will come to Chaz in search of a yoga teacher, yet you might very well end up getting your life out of it.

Chaz is an amazing and dynamic teacher. Her energy is contagious and she keeps her yoga classes moving. Most of all she knows what she’s doing and she is lots of fun.
