We are a fully licensed local business that employs experienced, knowledgeable, and certified trade professionals to deliver exceptional quality heating and cooling services to our customers. MAX AIR is owned and operated by two partners Dmytro and Glen, there are over 20 years of experience in the industry between them. MAX AIR HVAC is a new venture that was formed by two lead technicians and is designed from the ground up to deliver technically oriented diagnosis without jumping to preliminary conclusions. We are treating every customer's property as if it is our own or our parents' home. If there is no repair or other solution that the customer likes, there is no charge. We strive to avoid any pressure upon our customers who will become a part of our extended family.

Max Air has won our business for life! About a year ago, they installed a heat pump to replace our failing furnace. The heat pump gave us air conditioning in addition to heat - a welcome bonus. Recently, we started hearing a whistling sound and worried that a bearing or other component was going bad. Max Air came out, examined the system top-to-bottom and determined that the ductwork in our house was too small and that the force of air through the ducts caused the whistling. They adjusted the fan to blow more gently and that took care of the whistling. Max Air could have told us we need to replace all ductwork. Instead they found an easy and practical solution for us. We highly recommend them.

We were very happy with the Diakin Heat Pump HVAC system that Max Air installed for us. Throughout the entire process, they were communicative, respectful, and highly professional. They wore protective booties and put down a mat to keep our house clean; asked us about key decisions and fufilled our wishes; accommodated our work from home schedule AND a different home improvement project; and worked extremely hard on the days that they were at our home. Our system works well and we are very happy with the quality of the service for a lower price than other quotes that we received.

Dmytro Korkh from MAX AIR HVAC was the technician who came to take care of my HVAC issues. I liked his honesty, professionalism and over all his attitude very much. He was very thorough with his work, explaining every step of the work so that I understand what exactly he's doing and why he's doing it. He pinpointed the problems by taking a trial/error approach to identify the faulty parts of the system.I must say that after over 20 years residing in my house, yesterday I learned a lot about my HVAC system. I guess it was about time.Thanks to Dmytro, today I know a lot more about how HVAC works. I really enjoyed the time Dmytro spent here at my house, and definitely recommend Dmytro and MAX AIR for any work on HVAC, AC, heating system.
