We pay attention to details and focus on doing the best for our clients, providing a long lasting final product. Organizing all kinds of spaces , de cluttering, junk removal,donation drop offs ,packing and unpacking , moving as well as deep cleaning of tile/ grout , all stone surfaces ,and sealing. Looking forward to work with you and to make you happy ! Garage Organzing $75/hour/person. Home organizing $65/hour/person. Packing-unpacking $65/hour/person. Notes: * 2 people labor , to cut the time in half * 4 hour minimum session * Free donation drop off * Hazard cleaning fee applies for rat infestation ($350min/day) * Weekends higher hourly rate * Trash removal service fee depends on weight and volume ( $150-$600) hazardous waste and e-waste service as well *last minute cancellation fee $120

We had such a wonderful experience working with Shanti and Nico! They quickly understood our goals and needs and worked so well with both my husband and me. In just one day, they unpacked and organized our entire garage, all of our bathrooms, and our primary closet — we were amazed by how much they accomplished! They also provided thoughtful storage solutions and went to the store to purchase the organizational items we needed, which made the whole process incredibly easy. We are thrilled with the results and will absolutely have them back to tackle a few other areas of our home. We highly recommend Shanti and Nico to anyone looking for help getting their home organized!

Shanti and Nicola were so amazing. We needed to pack our apt and move everything into a POD and the thought of doing that by ourselves was super stressful. Shanti and Nicola exceeded our expectations and were able to box everything and organize in a way that will make it easy to unpack. Nicola is also a MASTER at packing the POD. We didn’t think everything would fit, but Nicola is a Tetris master. Outside of their professionalism, they are just genuinely nice people and made the experience seemless and stress free

Shanti & Nicola packed, moved and unpacked for me. They are extremely organized, efficient and thorough. They brought all necessary supplies and packed everything quickly and carefully. Everything was delivered to the new location without any damage. The team unpacked everything and put it all away. Their organization skills are awesome. I didn’t have to do a thing! I highly recommend Shanti and Nicola. In addition to doing a great job for me, they are a kind, caring and charming team.
