Organizing all kinds of spaces , de cluttering, junk removal,donation drop offs ,packing and unpacking , moving as well as deep cleaning of tile/ grout , all stone surfaces ,and sealing. Looking forward to work with you and to make you happy ! Garage Organzing $70/hour/person. Home organizing $60/hour/person. Packing-unpacking $65/hour/person. Notes: * 2 people labor , to cut the time in half * 4 hour minimum session * Free donation drop off * Hazard cleaning fee applies for rat infestation ($350min/day) * Weekends higher hourly rate * Trash removal service fee depends on weight and volume ( $150-$600) hazardous waste and e-waste service as well *last minute cancellation fee $120

Shanti and Nicola tackled a garage for the homeowner that had accumulated 40 years of memories in her garage. Shanti and Nicola were patient and helped the homeowner sort through the garage and preserve them most sentimental items. Shanti and Nicola addressed the rodent issues and sanitized the items kept. Homeowner has scheduled additional time to help with the rest of the home.

I cannot recommend this team enough. They came in at a time when I truly needed help — I had just had surgery and wasn’t supposed to lift anything, which also happened to coincide with a work trip. Between recovering, managing a busy schedule, a toddler, and a two-bedroom apartment with very limited storage, I honestly felt like my space was closing in on me. They were incredibly proactive, efficient, and made the entire process feel so easy. They sorted everything thoughtfully and helped me quickly decide what I wanted to keep versus what I was ready to let go of, without making the process feel overwhelming. What I was especially grateful for was that they went above and beyond by taking the trash out and even taking my donations away for me — which was such a huge relief given how hectic life has been. This truly felt like an investment in peace of mind, and that is something you simply cannot put a price on. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs help getting their home back under control.

This review is late because I have been finishing my school semester, so I am sorry guys! I loved Shanti & Nico so much. They are lovely, delightful people who really know how to get the job done. They did incredible work, and every time I walk into my garage for something, I smile and think of their beautiful faces and what a fantastic job they did. They left my garage so clean and well organized - I appreciate them deeply!! The TLC, quality of work, and attention to detail were stunning - top-shelf. I cannot wait to call them again as soon as the time is right. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Highly recommend!!!! However many stars are possible, they deserve more!!!! So sorry guys for the delayed review!
