The best! We had a confusing electrical issue that knocked out multiple outlets and ceiling fans in two rooms, and two other electricians weren’t able to figure it out. He came in, immediately knew how to trace the problem, and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. Such a relief to finally have someone who knew exactly what they were doing. I would 100% use him again.

Gerardo is the most communicative tradesmen I’ve come across in all my years upgrading properties. He answers all questions with patience, care, and he truly wants to leave the client happy with the end results. He is very detailed. If you’re tired of hiring contractors who leave a mess behind, tools, screws or cut corners with their jobs, hire Perez Electric. There is pride in their work and it shows from the moment you meet until the job is complete. The price is more than fair and unless you want to waste your time getting quotes for weeks, just hire this team and get the tightest electrical work you’ll ever see. (I’d add pics but my own terrible diy paint job will ruin the beauty of their work! Just trust me. You will be happy with them!!)
