The best! We had a confusing electrical issue that knocked out multiple outlets and ceiling fans in two rooms, and two other electricians weren’t able to figure it out. He came in, immediately knew how to trace the problem, and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. Such a relief to finally have someone who knew exactly what they were doing. I would 100% use him again.

He answers all questions with patience, care, and he truly wants to leave the client happy with the end results. He is very detailed. If you’re tired of hiring contractors who leave a mess behind, tools, screws or cut corners with their jobs, hire Perez Electric. There is pride in their work and it shows from the moment you meet until the job is complete. The price is more than fair and unless you want to waste your time getting quotes for weeks, just hire this team and get the tightest electrical work you’ll ever see. We needed an outlet fixed in the kitchen.
Gerry was the only pro to respond to our inquiry, and we were able to make an appointment the for the next day.
Gerry is very knowledgeable and methodical. He checked and double checked before he presented what he thought the problem was. The problem ended up being in a wall that had to be opened. He made sure the opening was small, and was very respectful of our home as he worked. He also made sure everything was cleaned up and things put back in place. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
