I had requested quotes for recessed lighting in three rooms of my two-story house. I spoke to three different electricians and Mr. PEREZ was punctual professional and very easy to communicate with. His price was way below the other competitors and his work quality was exceptional. Others told me it would take two days, but Mr. PEREZ brought over several workers who coordinated their efforts and made the job go very smoothly. The job was finished way before we expected and I couldn’t have been happier. I’m gonna tell everyone I know to call Geraldo and PEREZ Electric. And as a bonus, he’s a really good guy as well.

Gerardo and his team are awesome! They were able to schedule us immediately and were super responsive and punctual. They work quick, have fair prices and are extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. They taught us a few things that we didn’t know previously about our electrical system, and for any materials we didn’t have, they were able to provide onsite.
