- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the lowest price but I am also not the most expensive. Many customers don’t know they are paying a luxury price without the bells and whistles they pay for. I am priced well to provide 100% clean and safe electrical installations and be 100% code compliant. A life is worth more than cheap work and electricity is one of those things to keep in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the clients concerns and questions then with a on site visit I can inspect and give options on how to move forward
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an Electrical apprenticeship through WECA and I am also a certified General electrician Journeyman. I was able to obtain my C-10 license through my education and hands on experience.
