We hired Imperial Home to completely remodel our kitchen. Our old kitchen was outdated and small. Sergio doubled its size by building an addition. A large laundry room was also added with the addition. The project had complicated structural work tearing out an exterior wall and adding structural beams to make a large open space connecting the addition to the old kitchen.
Sergio coordinated and oversaw all parts of the project including demolition, laying new foundations, electrical and plumbing, roofing, structural, and interior and exterior finish work including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. He was on site daily working closely with his subcontractors to ensure outstanding work.
I really appreciated how Sergio walked us through the various project phases communicating with us daily on progress, issues, and upcoming activities. I am an engineer by trade and research and inspect everything to the nth degree. The work performed by imperial homes was top notch.
Sergio is also extremely bright and creative. When we encountered difficult challenges with the remodel he came up with novel solutions that I had not thought of. He knows his stuff. In short if you want quality work at a fair price from a trustworthy company with lots of integrity you can’t go wrong with Imperial Homes.

We decided to remodel in the middle of Covid and it has been a wild ride. Sergio has been fantastic to build our forever home despite obstacles during that time. We could be more proud of the final result.
