I’m Very pleased with the work, price and genuine professionalism. Arrived on time, had everything needed to complete the job. Actualy did more than expected. Our tiled shower now looks perfect after 20 of the tiles came loose and he repaired and sealed everything. Will hire Alfredo again for additional repaires
Alfredo did perfect restoration of some very stained tile and did it for the lowest price of the 4 bids I got. Very professional, detail oriented and a pleasure to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
price depends on then type of work you want done.
example master shower full restoration can cost $375.00 thats including removing caulking silicone and putting new in and if it doesn't need caulking the price would go done also depends how big the shower is.
floors cleaning and color sealing the grout line may cost $ 0.80-1.10 depends on how much sqf
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MY process would be asking type of work customer wants done then scheduling a demo to show home owner how it would look after were done.

years of experience working in construction. with natural stone,tile,grout.
