Wow! My blackstone 36 inch grill was abused by my ex roommate. Left it uncovered in the rain and other elements while I was out of town for a couple of weeks and it was completely rusted over. I also didn’t know how to even start cleaning it so it sat for another couple of months. Now that summer is almost here I knew I had to get it cleaned. I sent a request to Barbecue Solutions and two other agencies on here. Brian immediately responded, came out the next day (today) and spent several hours not only cleaning my grill but also cleaned the exterior, cover and got it in perfect working order. I cannot recommend this company enough.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically come out and start with a deep clean and tuneup. This gives us the opportunity to go through the whole grill and refurbish all the parts that we can, and determine if any replacement parts are needed at the beginning of the cleaning. We then can give you an idea of the overall cost of replacement parts are needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked on thousands of bbqs over the last 7 years. On almost every brand of bbq.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by working for several other companies before creating BBQ solutions.
