- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For most projects, as most are so diverse, I charge a fair hourly rate. For pop corn (acoustic) removal and repair and retexturing, I charge a fair going sq.ft. rate depending upon circumstances of the project such as, occupied or empty, ceiling hght, etc.
