An artist to say the least! Great work,reliable,always on time and ready to work ! James has so many talents! He completely remodeled my newly bought house perfectly and 7 years ago added on a beautiful master bedroom and bathroom in my former home.Gorgeous tile shower! Knows his stuff! Love when he works on my home,always an improvement!

Jim has done so much work at my house! He replaced my brick fireplace with stacked stone and a custom made mantle. It looks amazing. Then he put crown moulding up, even on the kitchen cabinets. He modified the kitchen cabinets so they could hold glass inserts, installed a wine fridge, backsplash, and custom wood counter. All of his work was perfect! I can't wait to get him back to remodel my guest bathroom. I saw one he did and it looks like it's right out of a magazine.

James arrived 10 minutes early with all the tools we needed to hang many pieces of art. He thought in advance about the best solution for the heavier pieces and worked quickly, but not at the expense of a quality job. When I wrote the check I said to myself, "That was good value." He saved me a ton of time and the art and mirrors look so much better than if I had done this work with my amateur-handyman husband. James is a pro.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most projects, as most are so diverse, I charge a fair hourly rate. For pop corn (acoustic) removal and repair and retexturing, I charge a fair going sq.ft. rate depending upon circumstances of the project such as, occupied or empty, ceiling hght, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lifetime of Construction. Was born into the trades.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born and raised in the trades. Left school early to pursue a career in the trades. Also strive to be the best at what I do. Wanted to continue learning and growing with my profession.
