Fermin Leon and his crew have done a large part of the work on the major remodeling of our home which took place from summer 2013 to spring 2015. The quality of work has been excellent, everyone has been respectful and considerate, and the cost has been reasonable. I found it important to come to an agreement about costs and possible areas that might run over the estimate before the beginning of the project. There were times when the estimate did not cover the actual costs (labor, materials) - when that was explained to me I accepted it. I highly recommend Fermin and his crew. They have integrity and do great work.

I'm writing to let you know what a wonderful job AML Leon Construction completed on my home.
They replaced about 110 linear feet of damaged fascia boards, removed rotten load bearing support wood posts on my front porch and installed 6X6 new posts along with raised concrete footing.
They also designed, constructed & installed a decorative grill like metal platform for my AC unit the previous plywood platform was damaged.
I thought I would give you an ideal of a few jobs completed.
All work was not only done professionally and in a timely fashion, also their prices were very reasonable & all material used of very high quality.
I was very pleased & would highly recommend AML Leon Construction.
I do plan on using them in the near future.

We needed a drain at the end of the drive way to stop water from flooding in to our garage because our driveway slopes down to the house. There was also some stucco and wall damage that needed to be taken care of. We also needed a random window taken out and wood siding to be put up. AML Leon Construction did a wonderful job. All the employees were very nice and professional. Like all construction work on older houses once construction starts you usually run in to a situation of needing more work done then anticipated. But Leon Construction made us feel conformable and explained the reason for whatever else needed to be done they gave us other options for the extra fixes but in the long run we wanted to do things the best way. We trust the work that Leon Construction did on the house and we will certainly use them again for the rest of the work that we need to get done, we definitely would recommend Leon Construction to anyone who needs work done on there house. Thanks Leon Construction you guys are awesome.

I wanted them to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. They confirmed via thumbtack, but then didn't show. Dealbreaker. I don't recommend using a contractor that starts off on the wrong foot.
