We had a fairly severe and undesirable situation with our kitchen sink, plumbing issues, pipe leakage, rust, mold, broken sink seals etc. Bill came to assess the damage, was professional, honest, knowledgeable and was ready to expedite the repairs ASAP! Upon prompt schedule he replaced and repaired the kitchen sink, pipes, garbage disposal and surrounding surface areas. The communication he upheld, workmanship and credibility to stand by his work on a secondary repair is outstanding. I will definitely use him again!

My original request did not cover everything necessary. Billy contacted me the same day and set up an appointment the following day to review. By the following day he was at my house to start working. Work was done well and paid excellent attention to detail.

Billy (BGB) was on time as scheduled but he came alone. He seem motivated and hard working but I had to help him carry some of the furnitures. He also has a small truck and he had to do a second trip the next day. His quote was $150 but I had to pay him an extra $50. I'm quite disappointed as I had to help him and ended up paying extra instead of getting a discount.
