My original request did not cover everything necessary. Billy contacted me the same day and set up an appointment the following day to review. By the following day he was at my house to start working. Work was done well and paid excellent attention to detail.

We had a fairly severe and undesirable situation with our kitchen sink, plumbing issues, pipe leakage, rust, mold, broken sink seals etc. Bill came to assess the damage, was professional, honest, knowledgeable and was ready to expedite the repairs ASAP! Upon prompt schedule he replaced and repaired the kitchen sink, pipes, garbage disposal and surrounding surface areas. The communication he upheld, workmanship and credibility to stand by his work on a secondary repair is outstanding. I will definitely use him again!

Bill is attempting to build his own business. On the positive side, Bill and his workers arrive on time, work hard, are polite, honest and flexible. Bill could be even better if he improved on his paint usage estimate (off by 10 gallons). As a result the job took twice as long as estimated. Bill needs to add a 'prep' specialist and a 'detail' painter/finisher to his crew. They get good grades for painting our 12 foot high brick fireplace, removing popcorn from the ceilings and painting 15 high cathedral ceiling beams but disappoint on the important edge and final finish appeal. He doesn't have all the tools and resources to complete jobs that take more than a week. Overall, his prices are very reasonable.
