Working with Fernando was a pleasure from bid to completion. Pricing was fair with a "what you see is what you get" approach. We got several bids on this job ranging from high to ridiculous always with mysterious costs baked into them.
Communication was excellent. Fernando worked with us listening to our ideas and feedback as work progressed. He asked questions when things were unclear and offered good suggestions and alternatives.
His crew was hardworking and respectful. They left the job site cleaner than when they found it.
I would hire him again.
