- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum Project Cost is $4,000 No used car salesman tactics or season sale gimmicks. We give you our best price upfront. We have straight forward pricing that is easy to understand. Every phase of the project is broken down for you. We want you to feel comfortable and confident that everything is included. Typically we give you a square foot price for pavers. Elements like Firepits, Outdoor Kitchens, Benches will be priced Lump Sum/Each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll have a 5-10 minute phone conversation to understand the basics of your project. Once we establish that we are the right company for you, we set up a day and time for us to come out to your project so we can analyze all portions of the job. We'll get back to you normally within 48hrs of our onsite visit with an official proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides being a licensed contractor: We are ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute) certified. Not only do we have the experience and credentials to be the best paver installer. We have the knowledge and access to let you know what paver materials are the best for your project. Our Sales Rep know each product line, style and colors that are offered by all the local paver manufactures.
