Introduction: About Me: Fitness is a term I use each and every day of my life. With over 6 years of personal training experience, fitness and athletics play a major role in life. Since a young age, I've excelled at many sports including, hockey, water polo, basketball, surfing, snowboarding and wake boarding. After receiving my personal training certificate from ISSA, I began training at LA Fitness where I discovered my passion for training clients of all ages. In addition, I became a certified golf fitness specialist from NASM. My personal approach to training will help you to reach your physical goals, improve your nutritional health and achieve the body of your dreams.
