Unprofessional. He does not know what he is talking about with pool service or maintenance. Rude on the phone. He blames the customer for his errors. Has terrible customer service. Called for a quote and made many excuses and talked about adding chlorine into a salt water pool, which damages the pool and equipment. I wouldn't let this company near any pool. When I called him on this, he blamed me, saying that I was having a bad because I said he couldn't service my pool, which would destroy my pool with how he was describing his servicing. He should not be allowed to be on Thumbtack.

It’s really not nice to release your anger to people that are trying to help you. Especially if you don’t know them at all. You only talked to me for a few minutes over the phone trying to understand your pool needs and you immediately hung up on me and gave me a bad review. I now understand why you don’t want to give your address to any pool service guy. All I can say is, pool customers and pool service guys, be careful out there. Let’s treat each other with respect. Thank you
