Rob and his crew were great. They came on short notice, quickly identified the cause of the mold, and spent time answering our questions regarding what they were recommending and why. I hope we never have to call them again--but it was great to deal with a contractor who seemed to genuinely care about getting things done the right way. 5 stars!

What could have been a leak nightmare was completely resolved by this Alldry team. We were very concerned about the mold and they totally handled it. Even worked with my insurance company so I didn’t have to. Could not have been smoother.

The workers from All Dry were AMAZING! They responded quickly. They kept my office clean and put everything back allowing me to continue to work. They communicated great. Will and his team at All Dry were awesome. They showed up quickly, explained the whole process and took care of my flooded bathroom, bedroom and closet fast. I was kinda freaking out, but All Dry took care of everything and put me at ease. They handled all the paperwork with my insurance company…it couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend All Dry!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use insurance approved rates for all our work. We don’t jack up the price on a job that is not covered by insurance. All customers benefit from approved insurance rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We evaluate the situation and give detailed descriptions of our plan before starting any work. Our customers know what to expect and are integral in the decision making process. First step is to contain/triage the environment so things don’t get worse. Then we remove (only if necessary), dry and clean all affected surfaces. We restore the structure to pre-flood or mold condition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC Certified. All Dry employees have extensive training and over 8 years of experience. We know how to do the job right, the first time!
