We hired Certified Water Damage to do some mitigation work in my home due to a flood. This was our first time experiencing a water damage and the technicians made the entire process go smoothly, they are very professional and helpful. Mary and her team provided excellent service and were very pleasant to work with, they were professional, arrived on time for all appointments, answered my text messages promptly, wore masks and bootie/shoe coverings, provided us with an air scrubber machine for extra cleanliness during the drying out process and left my home immaculate after doing the demo; I highly recommend them.

We had a water leak from a copper pipe in our ceiling that damaged our drywall, and floorings throughout our house. Our insurance company assigned Certified Water Damage as our contractor for our house on North Twin Oaks Valley Rd San Marcos, CA & I was first impressed with Noe when he first walked in my house and felt released with all the stresses from what was happening. He explained and walked me through everything;His team was very professional and Polite they protected everything inside the rooms where work was going to be taking place before they started any work. Very skilled and Professional with excellent work ethic, definitely will refer Noe and his company to my friends and family. From now on, I will only call Certified water damage if I ever need to have any work done in my house again. Again thank you Noe and your team for all the professional work done at my house.

I came home to a huge flood from a burst pipe and I didnt need to worry about clean up or severe damage because Noe and his team came right away to help! They were very adamant about the quality of their work and reassuring me of their progress with the restoration! I had a very good experience working with them and recommend them highly.
