A few weeks ago, I received a call from one of my tenantsthat they discovered a waterleak on the first floor. They were very concerned because it looked like there was mold on the wall and carpet. This was hidden by some furniture so they were unaware of how long this had been happening. They wanted it taken care of immediately so they contacted a company to look at this problem. Luckily, they contacted Certified Water Damage Inc so I followed through and called them. I spoke with Noe and was impressed by the plan he had to remedy the problem. Basically, Noe and his crew cut drywall on the walls and ceiling, remove carpet, and start the drying process. Once the demo work was done, they installed plastic walls in the rooms and the floor to protect the health of my tenants. The water leak issue was caused by a wax seal that failed in the upstairs bathroom which leaked downstairs. They also pulled out the toiletand tile in the upstairs master bathroom and dried out the area. When everything was dry, they performed a lab test to confirm the mold and bacteria were gone. I was very impressed with the quality of their workmanship and their respect they had for my tenants. Noe was always on top of everything and kept me updated on their progress to correct the problem. I consider myself as being blessed that my tenants found this company to do the work.When you have this type of problem, you want company that knows what they are doing.I highly recommend Certified Water Damage if you have a similar problem.Sorry I wanted to include some pictures of the quality of their work but it kept rejecting my pictures. I will try again later.

We hired Certified Water Damage to do some mitigation work in my home due to a flood. This was our first time experiencing a water damage and the technicians made the entire process go smoothly, they are very professional and helpful. We are very happy with the work done by them and will definitely use them again if needed.

I came home to a huge flood from a burst pipe and I didnt need to worry about clean up or severe damage because Noe and his team came right away to help! They were very adamant about the quality of their work and reassuring me of their progress with the restoration! I had a very good experience working with them and recommend them highly.

These guys are very professional and trustworthy. We still have an issue with our insurance paying for some water damage but these guys have been very attentive and supportive 100%. I would recommend their service to anyone who is going through any water damage.
