Guillermo came to my property and we discussed many projects I needed dpne. Some were general maintenance some were strictly fun or for aesthetic reasons. I let him know his crew were welcome to use all the amenities of the propty and could use my enormous garage space however they needed to for materials, rest and lunch breaks etc. He told me that he was able to schedule the work and his crew starting Thanksgiving week and he would schedule and manage all the needed subcontractors. His boss, the owner of the company would call me shortly. Never heard from the owner. Subsequently, left the owner 2 voicemails and 2 Thumbtack messages. Never heard back. Not one peep. Unprodessional and a little shady but most certainly rude as hell.
