I grew up building homes with my father who taught me many contracting skills. In my 20s and 30s I remodeled kitchens and bathrooms and also worked as a property manager for long term rentals. Now in my 40s I'm a homeowner who does everything needed to maintain and upgrade my biggest investment, my home. I charge $50 per hour or I can give you an estimate for $100 which I will waive if you select me for the job. I make sure your home project is done professionally with care and precision.

Ryan has been so easy to work with. He’s the real deal. Professionally, punctual and very skilled. We had him put in a new exterior door and build a porch and it was some of the best work I’ve seen in years. He’s also very ethical, I saw every receipt and if there is something he thinks would be better done by someone else he’ll tell you. I’ll be hiring him again for work in the future.

Some people aren't happy no matter what you do. I communicated very well and we had an agreement I would come back and fix the fence if it fell over in a storm. Your complaint is nit picky at best. Please contact someone else if you need help again. I refuse to serve you again. If your complaint had merrit that would be a different story but you just want to cause problems.
