I had another session with Deirdra and she is outstanding. Very prepared at each session with a unique workout routine designed especially for me. Deirdra is very clear in her instructions and pays attention to detail and safety. I highly recommend Deirdra.

Deirdre is a terrific personal trainer. I've realy gained both strength and confidence working with her. I've never pulled a muscle since she has an eagle's eye for my correct body mechanics. I highly recommend her.

I started in Deirdra's class at Women's Fitness about 15 years ago, took a 7-yr. break during those 15 years and returned to one of her small group classes about 10 months ago. Because of an issue I had before I resumed work-outs, Deirdra gladly planned a work-out for me that took into consideration my weak points so I could continue to benefit from exercising. She encourages the participants, and modifies an exercise if it's beyond someone's ability. Deirdra is encouraging and supportive, and is comfortable with suggesting other ways for obtaining similar results. She's patient, and always available for questions or comments. I have experienced positive results since returning to Deirdra's exercise classes.

Dierdre has been keeping me in shape for 8 years at least, during my many physical ups and downs. She always provides me with a great workout that is suited to my state of health. Besides the actual workouts, her advice on diet and exercise have keep me strong, balanced, and flexible as I enter my 77th year. In addition to her "technical" abilities as a trainer, Dierdre also possesses a terrific sense of humor and a thoroughly professional approach to her training. I couldn't be happier with her.

I am so grateful to have met Deirdra, she is more than a trainer, and she is a mentor, friend and cheerleader. For years I tried different exercise programs, classes and gyms and in no time gave it up. Since meeting Deirdra I have learned so many different exercises and have learned to push myself to get the most out of my workouts. I have found the competitive, strong person I never knew I was, for this I thank Deirdra! —Katy A, San Anselmo, CA
