While arranging the initial appointment was a bit confused (mainly because of Thumbtack - not the vendor), after that the vendor kept us posted on updates and the 2nd visit appointment adequately. Work seems to be fine. Repairperson was professional and knowledgeable. Once the replacement parts arrived the installation was quick and problem free.

10% discount on total repairs for Seniors & Military.
$129 service call for standard domestic brands.
$159 service call for high end brands.
We use the Blue Book Pricing Guide for all repairs.
Service call is waived if you go with total repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know their name.
Listen to the description of what’s wrong with the appliance.
Test and diagnose the problem.
Discuss the repair with the customer.
Get approval before doing repairs.
Fix it!

At Appliance Worx we focus on excellent and friendly service. Our technicians are required to complete at minimum 40 hours of ongoing training each year.
