I had to go to Europe for a month and squeezed Ben in to do 3 small jobs before I left. He not only came from north bay to Oakland, he came at 7:30 AM to help me leave for SFO that morning. He was professional and excellent. When got home one job was still not on. Ben came back, went to a hardware store, returned and made sure the circuit was now working. He did not charge for his time, parts etc. Above and beyond my expectation.

Ben helped me repair an outlet that wasn't working. He figured out the problem within 5 minutes. Fixed it in less than 15 min. Friendly, quick, and efficient.

Most excellent service. Eric came in advance, to learn about the situation and offer ideas. Then Ben came and installed the three new lights, new switches, etc. Both were friendly, competent and professional. Could not have been better! Margaret
