- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a minimum arrival fee of $50 for smaller jobs ( electrical work or tv mounting that requires only a commuter vehicle ) and $150 for larger jobs ( requiring use of work truck or van ) for Fairfeild , Vacaville, Susuin City, Vallejo, American Canyon and neighboring cities. After that we charge $30 hourly per technician on site and use of any materials have a 20% up charge. We don’t charge for use of equipment which we already have on hand. We have a full workshop with most tools to complete most jobs. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a request for an estimate we gather as much information to determine proper services for clients needs.. Once we get a work order approved the next step is to set a time to begin. Once we arrive on site We protect all areas which we work in , and respect our clients home and privacy.
