Luis was exactly what I needed to begin a major part of my rejuvenation of my hardwood floors after squatters left them dirty and damaged. He was timely, began the refinishing and in 2 days transformed their appearance, to their original beauty. I am extremely satisfied and when his schedule permits, hope to hire him again for the floors in the kitchen and hallway. He is communicative of the process and delivers expert work. Luis is amazing! He has exceptional integrity, fair pricing and fine craftsmanship. I will always call Luis first for any hardwood floor care. My beloved home is 97 years old and has been the family gathering place for almost 60 years. He refinished one of the floors with nontoxic finish and advised against refinishing the parquet floors due to their age. He informed me of the best way to maintain them. What a gem!
